These are precautions for order/purchase/payment/delivery.

Order/Delivery information.
※ The basic delivery fee is 2,500 won, and free delivery is available if you order more than 30,000 won.
The basic free delivery product is free delivery regardless.
(Additional expenses may be incurred in islands and mountainous areas.)
-Delivery period is usually 2 to 5 days after order/payment is completed from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., and delivery period is usually 2 to 5 days.
-Delivery may be delayed by two to three days due to manufacturers, bad weather, heavy volume of couriers, and holidays.
(Sunday/holiday/holiday are not included in the delivery period.)
-In Jeju Island and shipping areas, additional freight charges may be incurred, and shipments will not be made on Fridays.
- You can send it 3 days before the courier's holiday.
- Cancellation or address change after ordering can only be made using the customer center (02-6081-0648) or the bulletin board.

Bundles can be shipped only for products with the same person/deposit date and deposit time.
(If you purchase it with a short time difference, you may not be able to deliver it in batches, so please be careful and contact the bulletin board or customer center.)
Exchange/return information.
If exchange/return is possible,
- Exchange/return is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
(Even within 7 days, if the product is opened, used, or damaged, it cannot be returned.)
- Except in cases where the delivered product is different from the order, the shipping cost (5,000 won) is borne by the customer when returning it due to the customer's change of mind, personal circumstances, and errors in the address.
(*You have to pay the extra cost incurred if you send it by another parcel.)
- Please contact the customer center (02-6081-0648) and deliver it to the return driver after completing the consultation.
If exchange/return is impossible,
- Any return that has not been negotiated with the seller may be rejected for exchange/return.
-Exchange/return/refund is not possible if 7 days have passed since the delivery was completed.
-If the product is damaged due to a customer's reason, it cannot be exchanged/returned if the product is deteriorated due to a storage error.
-If the value of products or products that are difficult to resell has decreased significantly over time, exchange/return is not possible.
